oct 2010 update

Berke Atlas is now close to being 7 months. He is getting so big! I wonder how soon it will be when he towers over Heath. He is a chunk & loves to eat like mom & dad. Berke is so happy. He laughs so much. He laughs when mom is changing his diaper, he laughs at Heath all the time, He laughs at the dog, and he laughs @ mom & dad. He is so sweet. He loves to be kissed & held. Berke laughs when Heath does naughty things. He laughs when Heath throws things or spits! Not good. Mom has a hard time holding back her laughter. Heath is growing up in his 2nd year of life. His favorite things right now are cars, trucks, tractors, motorcycles, & choo chooz. Heath loves to wake up in the morning to eat a banana & 'drinken.' He has to have his 'bits' meaning bears in the morning to sit with him on the couch. Heath is learning to poo & pee pee in the potty. So far he has gone once yesterday. We are looking forward to Halloween this weekend. October in Albuquerque they have a balloon fiesta. Tho boys loved it!!

Heath is famous for pitching some fits. He gets so mad sometimes. That is ok. So does momma. He had to sit in time out this morning for beating the dog. The dog's name is Lucky because he is lucky to be alive. The dog is back. We had him before & called him Edge...but he was too much to handle when he would poo on the couch & pee everywhere with a new baby on the way. So we gave him up to one of my nurses Loretta. She got tired of him as well & gave him back. Poor thing. I felt bad so I took him back. He is much better & behaves really well.

heath 2nd b day.

There are many soccer players in ABQ @ the parks. Heath is very good @ stealing the balls & going toward the players to try to play with them. Heath's nickname is 'Heath bar' & Berke's is 'Berkquerque.' Heath had a great 2nd b-day. He had a lot of people come & play with him @ Jerry Cline park & come sing happy birthday to him. He was so happy!!!! Some random people also gave him a soccer ball.

Heath is saying more sentences now. One of his favorite sentences is "I yike it." He is talking plenty now. Some of which does not make any sense at all. He is so silly. He loves to climb on daddy even though dad does not like it. He loves to kick the soccer ball all over. He loves walks & going to the park. Instead of saying poo or pee he now says 'peep.' He runs when I need to change his diaper. Little Berke is laughing & talking much. He is playing with toys & loves them. He laughs at Heath. He loves to eat his hand & fingers. These boys are so dang sweet. ewwwwwww. just love them.
